I truly enjoyed returning to their programme however, given the availability of high-quality materials such as Assimil, FSI, DLI, Linguaphone, and others, all of which will take the student much further at a lower cost, I would recommend purchasing Phases IV and V ONLY as a pleasant diversion.

I have completed the Pimsleur IV and V phases for German, Spanish, and Italian and I have skimmed over the comparable phases for Pimsleur French.
